I looked at your Store Locator and didn't find any stores close enough to me. How can I get your products? Our new items are continually shipping to new stores so keep checking our Store Locator as stores are continually being added to the list.
You can also shop at the online stores that carry our products. See the link in our Store Locator for online stores.
If you sign up for our free Inque Boutique membership on our website, you will be notified via email when a shipment of our products is sent to a store in your area. This will help guarantee that you will be among the first to have a chance to own our newest stamps and accessories.
Also remember that you can always contact the stores near you and let them know you're interested in purchasing our product from their store. That's an effective way to get your stores carrying what you'd like to buy! |
I checked the online stores list and they don't have what I'm looking for; where can I shop online for the Inque Boutique items I desire? To be able to be listed in the online section of our Store Locator, the online store must carry nearly all of our products.
Most stores, including online stores, will just be receiving our newest products and may not have put them up on their website yet. If you don’t see the Inque Boutique items you want on their websites, please email them to ask if they will be getting them in. |
Can I order your products from your website? Inque Boutique products are sold through retailers only. We do not sell our products from our website, but other online stores do. Please click the Store Locator link at the top of this page to find listings of stores that carry our products. |

The image on the back of my stamp is not exactly lined up with the stamp itself? Rubber is a dynamic and flexible material that shrinks during the production process. This shrinkage is not 100% consistent and in a very small number of occasions can cause the alignment of the index image and the rubber itself to vary slightly. Most people find that they can still easily tell how to position the stamp but, if it bothers you, we suggest trimming the rubber around the stamps close to the design. This will aid you even more in perfectly placing your stamps within your work.

What are the sizes of your stamping mats? The stamping mats in our big kits (the 262 Stamp Starter Collection and the Stephanie Barnard Starter Set) are approximately 4 1/2" x 6".
In our stamp sets, some mats are approximately 9” x 5 ½” and others are about 4 ½” x 5 ½”.
The mats in our mini stamp sets are approximately 3 ¼” x 5”, and the mats in our Lil' Stamp packages are about 2 ½" x 2 ½".
